Manage your profile
Your profile is a photo, a display name, and a title. You edit all three on the web.
Update your photo
Section titled “Update your photo”-
Open the Account panel from the toolbar. You’ll land on the Profile tab.

Click Update Photo and choose an image. It shows “Saving…” while uploading, then “Photo updated.”
Edit your display name and title
Section titled “Edit your display name and title”-
On the Profile tab, click Edit details.

Change your Display Name (what teammates see everywhere) and your Title (your job title, like Superintendent or Spray Tech).

Click Save edits. You’ll see “Profile updated.”

If something’s not working
Section titled “If something’s not working”“Unable to update profile photo.” The upload failed. Check your connection and try again, or try a smaller image.
“Account settings are disabled for this role.” Your permission level can’t open the Account panel. Ask an Owner or Management member to check your role under the Team tab.
Your changes don’t show on a teammate’s phone. Give it a moment to sync, or have them reopen the app.
