Reset your password
Turfile emails you a 6-digit code; type it in and set a new password on the spot. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.

Enter your email and click Send code (it reads “Sending…”). The page confirms: “Check your email for a 6-digit code. It expires in 15 minutes.”

Type the code into the six boxes and click Next. A wrong or incomplete code shows “Enter the 6-digit code we emailed you.”

On “Code verified. Enter a new password to finish.”, enter your new password twice. The rules: “Use at least 8 characters for your password.” and “Passwords need to match.”

Click Update password (“Updating…”). When you see “Password updated. Log in with your new credentials.”, click Back to login and sign in.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.

Enter your email (placeholder: “you@club.com”) and tap Send reset code. The status reads “Check your inbox for the 6-digit reset code.”

Type the code and tap Verify code. Didn’t get it? Tap Resend: “We sent another 6-digit code to your inbox.”

On “Code verified. Pick a new password.”, enter the new password (“At least 8 characters”), repeat it (“Repeat password”), and tap Set new password.

On “Password updated. Head back to login.”, tap Back to login and sign in.

Had Face ID enabled? The app asks “Update Face ID sign-in?” after you log back in. Accept so Face ID uses your new password.
Reset while you’re signed in (web)
Section titled “Reset while you’re signed in (web)”-
On the Profile tab of the Account panel, find Password reset. The helper warns: “This will send a reset code to your email and temporarily sign you out.”

Confirm the prompt, “Reset your password?”: “We’ll email you a 6-digit code and log you out while you complete the reset.” Click Send reset code.

Turfile signs you out and the login page resumes at the code step. Same web flow as above from there.
If something’s not working
Section titled “If something’s not working”Two quick things cover most of it: codes expire after 15 minutes, so if yours stopped working just send a fresh one, and if the email never shows up, check your spam folder and confirm you’re using the address on your account.
