Invite your team

One invite email per person, all from the Team tab of the web Account panel.

  1. Open the Account panel from the toolbar and switch to the Team tab. The “Team Members” header shows “Seats used:” against your plan’s cap.

  2. Click Invite teammate. (Once the form is open, the same button reads Close invite form.)

  3. Fill in the form:

    • Email address: placeholder “teammate@club.com”.
    • Title / role: their job title, like “Director of Agronomy”. A label, not a permission.
    • Permissions: the actual level. Owner, Management, Tech Staff, or Staff. Unsure? See Roles and permissions. Only Owners can grant Owner.
  4. Click Send invite. It reads “Sending…”, then confirms with “Invite sent to” and their address.

  5. Your teammate accepts in a web browser; point them at Create your account if they’re new.

At the cap, the invite button is disabled with “Seat cap reached. Upgrade to add more teammates.” Remove someone to free a seat, or have the Owner upgrade the plan.

Each row in the member list has a permissions dropdown. Pick the new level and it saves immediately; you’ll see the member’s “permissions updated.”

The guardrails:

  • “You can’t change your own permissions.” Ask another Owner or Management member.
  • “Only owners can manage owner permissions.” Granting or revoking Owner is Owner-only.
  • On the Basic plan, role controls are locked. See below.
  1. On the member’s row, click the trash icon (tooltip: “Remove this person from your property”).

  2. The prompt “Remove team member?” asks: “This removes this person from your property entirely. Are you sure you want to do this?” Click Yes, remove (it shows “Removing…”) or Cancel.

Removal frees the seat immediately. An Owner can only be removed by themselves, and only when another Owner is left.
