Irrigation
Irrigation turns everything you know about your system into a live map. Whether you’re at the desk or standing over a valve box, you can map out your heads, valves, pipes, and wires on the fly, no technical experience needed. The as-builts sitting in a drawer and the details in your head become one map your whole crew can actually use.
Every item you place carries its own name, photos, history, and inspection schedule, so when something needs attention, anyone can find it and see what’s already been done.
Before you start mapping, take a few minutes to set up your workspace: your areas and holes, your object types, and your pipe and wire templates. That prep makes everything after it faster and cleaner.

Section titled “In this section”- Set up your workspace: the prep to do before you map, your areas, objects, and pipe and wire templates.
- Add an irrigation object: drop a head, valve, or controller right where it sits on the course.
- Draw pipes and wires: trace the runs that connect everything into a real system.
- Item details, logs, and issues: the full record on every item, from photos and history to open problems.
- Schedule and track inspections: put every type on a rhythm and catch problems early.
- Filter the map: show only the items you want to see.
- Manage your inventory: every item in one working list, to relocate, unplace, or delete.
- Export your map: hand off GIS shapefiles or a print-ready PDF sheet.
Owners and Management set things up and map the system. Tech Staff work items day to day, and Staff see the map read-only. Full breakdown in Roles and permissions.
