Turfile is your entire property at your fingertips. Every sprinkler, valve, bunker, and tree on one living satellite map, with the daily work that keeps them running tied right to it. No more scattered as-builts, no more running off screenshots and memory, no more knowledge that walks out the door when someone retires. One place your whole crew works from, on the web and on the phones in their pockets.

Where you start depends on how you came in.

You bought the subscription, so the club is yours to build.

  1. Set up your property. The wizard in your welcome email takes about five minutes: name the club, drop it on the map, and you’re in.

  2. Invite your crew. One invite email per person from the Team tab. Your team is what makes the map worth keeping current.

  3. Set roles. Everyone gets one of four permission levels, from Owner down to read-only Staff. Pick by trust, not seniority.

Someone added you to their Turfile.

  1. Accept your invite. Open the email, set a password, and you’re on the course map.
  1. Put the app on your phone. Same login, same map, out where the work actually happens.

Locked out at any point? Reset your password takes two minutes.

Pick whichever part of the course you want on the map first, and open that section’s start-here:

  • Irrigation: every head, valve, pipe, and wire run.
  • Drainage: the underground network nobody can see.
  • Bunkers: condition scores, inspections, and sand logs.
  • Trees: species, health, and tree work.
  • Handbook: your course standards, mapped.

One note before you map: whoever does the mapping needs the Owner, Management, or Tech Staff role. Details in Roles and permissions.
