The bunker inventory
Some days you need to see the whole course at once: which bunkers are due, which are scoring worst, where the crew’s time is best spent. The Inventory panel gives you that list, and on the web the Bunker Analytics widget rolls it up into the numbers worth reporting.
The Inventory panel
Section titled “The Inventory panel”-
Click Inventory on the left toolbar. The “Bunker inventory” panel opens: “Quick read on every bunker”.
-
Use “Order list by” to sort. Next inspection floats overdue and soon-due bunkers to the top; Lowest score leads with the worst performers.
-
Each card shows the bunker’s photo, name, current Score percentage, and a “Next:” chip with its inspection due date. Click a card to jump to that bunker on the map.
-
Hover a card’s due-date chip and it becomes Complete inspection. Click it to launch the inspection form right from the list.
-
Tap Inventory on the bottom toolbar.
-
Sort by Next inspection or Lowest score, same as the web.
-
Tap a card and the map jumps to that bunker and opens its drawer, ready for an inspection, issue, or log entry.
The Inventory is for browsing and jumping. There’s no editing or deleting from the list.
The Bunker Analytics widget (web only)
Section titled “The Bunker Analytics widget (web only)”The “Bunker Analytics” dock widget gives you the two numbers worth reporting up, each on its own wheel:
- Playability, the average bunker score across the course, with a caption showing how many bunkers are in the average. Before any scores exist it reads “No scoring data yet”.
- Inspections, the percentage of bunkers whose inspections are up to date.
There’s no analytics widget on mobile. Check it from the desk.
If something’s not working
Section titled “If something’s not working”An empty list just means no bunkers have been added yet, and an empty Playability wheel means none have been scored yet. The Inventory and analytics aren’t part of the Staff role. Anything else, email us at support@turfile.com.
