Property history

History is your property’s permanent record. Every issue that gets reported and every one that gets resolved lands here automatically, with the notes and photos that went with it, so nothing that happened out on the course gets lost. When the green chairman asks what happened on 14 this spring, this is the panel you open.

Who can do this

Owners and Management, on both web and mobile.

Read the record

Open History and you’ll see a running feed of everything that’s happened. Each entry carries a Reported and a Resolved note with photo thumbnails, so you get the before and after at a glance.

• Switch between a List view for a rolling feed and a Calendar view to jump to a specific day.
• Filter by section, All, Home, Irrigation, Bunkers, or Trees, to follow one part of the course.

You don’t add anything here yourself. History writes itself as your crew reports and resolves issues, pulling in work from every section into one timeline.

If something’s not working

An empty record just means nothing’s been reported or resolved yet, it fills in as the crew works. History is Owners and Management only, so if you don’t see it, that’s why. Anything else, email us at support@turfile.com.
