Mobile account actions

The mobile Account screen shows your avatar, name, “Role:”, “Email:”, and property. Editing happens on the web: “Managing your team and account can be done in the web application.” A few actions do live here, and two are requests: they go to Turfile rather than taking effect instantly.

Tap Sign out and confirm the prompt, “Sign out?”: “Are you sure you want to sign out of this device?” It signs out this phone only. Signing back in is the normal mobile sign-in.

  1. Tap Leave property. The prompt, “Leave this property?”, explains that this is permanent and sends a removal request.

  2. Tap Request removal. Turfile emails the request and removes your membership on our side, not instantly in the app.

Faster: an Owner or Management member can remove you from the Team tab on the web immediately.

  1. Tap Delete account permanently.

  2. Re-enter your password at “Enter your password to continue.” A wrong one gets “That password did not match. Please try again.”

  3. Press and hold the “Hold to confirm” button for a full 3 seconds.

  4. You’ll see “Request sent”. The deletion request is emailed to Turfile and processed from there; your account isn’t wiped on the spot.

At the bottom of the screen, Privacy policy opens www.turfile.com/privacy in your browser. The app checks first with “Leave the app?”.

“That password did not match. Please try again.” The delete flow needs your current password. Retype it, or reset it first.

You sent a request and nothing happened. Leave-property and delete-account are requests handled by Turfile, not instant. If it’s urgent or it’s been a while, email support@turfile.com.
