Switch workspaces

One account can belong to several properties. Each property is a workspace, and you work in one at a time. You get a second one by accepting an invite from another property to the email you already use; the switcher then appears.

Who can do this

Anyone on more than one property; role doesn’t matter. Web only. The mobile app works in a single active property at a time.

Switch on the web

1. Find the workspace switcher chip in the toolbar. It shows the property you’re working in.

2. Click it and pick the property you want.

3. Confirm the switch. You’ll see “Loading your workspace…” while Turfile swaps everything over, then you’re in.

Turfile remembers your active property. That’s where you’ll land next time you sign in, on the web and on your phone.

On mobile

There’s no switcher in the app; mobile follows your active property. To change it, switch on the web first.

If something’s not working

“No workspaces linked yet.” Your account belongs to only one property (or none). Accept an invite from another property to add it.

“We couldn’t switch workspaces yet. Please try again.” Usually a connection blip. Try again; if it persists, refresh the page.

Stuck on “Loading your workspace…” Give it a few seconds on a slow connection. If it doesn’t clear, refresh the browser; you’ll land in the workspace you picked.
