Creating issues
When something in your Handbook needs attention, a broken bench, a missing rake, a faded line, you flag it right on the item. It’s the same issue flow as everywhere else in Turfile.

Open the item and choose Report an issue.

Describe what’s wrong, and add a photo if it helps.

Submit. It lands in your Handbook Issues list.
From there it works like every other issue: assign it as a to-do so someone goes out and handles it, and mark it solved when it’s done. The whole loop, and who gets notified, is covered in To-dos & Issues.
If something’s not working
Section titled “If something’s not working”If you don’t see the option to report an issue, note that on mobile it’s limited to Owners, Management, and Tech Staff. Everyone can still open an item to read it. Anything else, email us at support@turfile.com.
