Whiteboards

A whiteboard turns your course into a canvas. Instead of describing a project in a group chat, you draw it: sketch out a bunker renovation, mark up a drainage plan, block out where the new cart path runs. It’s the place to think out loud and get everyone on the same page.

And it’s shared. Anything you put on a board is there for the rest of the crew, so someone else can jump in, see your work, and add to it. Your boards stick around too, so you can come back to a plan next week, or next season, and pick up right where you left off.

  1. Click Whiteboard on the left toolbar to open your property’s board library.

  2. Create a board and give it a name, like “Fall projects” or “Green 7 redo”, so the crew knows what it’s for.

  3. Open it and draw. You’ve got the essentials: pen, shapes, text, an eraser, and a range of colors and line weights.

  4. Click Save when you’re done. A Saved / Unsaved badge tells you whether your latest work is stored.

  5. Back in the library you can rename, duplicate, or remove any board, so you can spin off a variation or clear out old plans.

If the board shows an Unsaved badge, your latest strokes aren’t stored yet, hit Save before you leave. If Whiteboard is locked, it’s for Owners and Management; ask one of them to open the board, or reach out at support@turfile.com.
